Bill Jessen

Director of Snare Solutions, The Americas

Bill Jessen is the Director of Snare Solutions, an award-winning Australian software company that provides solutions for cyber threat intelligence, security analytics, and customer experience intelligence. With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, he has a track record of partnering with both federal and local governments as well as enterprises to build lasting bonds of trust and delivering sustainable solutions that fit each client’s needs and budget.

He joined the organization in 2021 as the Director of Sales for Finance, Technology, and Insurance and quickly managed the federal and local business team, eventually becoming the head of Snare Solutions in the Americas.

Hans Hoyos

Solutions Consultant

Hans is a US Marine Corp veteran and proudly served our country for nice years as an IT Manager and Instructor. Hans joined the Marine Corps at 21, underwent two deployments, and later served as a Master Instructor, teaching Marine Corps Aviation Logistics Information Management Systems and fulfilling the role of Suicide Prevention Officer. Hans is currently serving in the North Carolina Army National Guard and is an Officer Candidate.

During his time in the Marines, Hans served as a Network and System Administrator, setting up and supporting uninterrupted network connectivity. He worked on various tasks including cloud computers, phone systems, printer networks, and vulnerability management. Hans also received a prestigious award for superior performance, maintaining 100 per cent compliance and inspection scores. After leaving the Marine Corps, Hans has worked as a senior System Administrator and earned certifications in Security+, Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), among others.
